Every apartment has been renovated to a modern high quality standard & furnished with quality furnishings. Kitchens have oven, hob, fridge (small freezer compartment), washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave etc. Bedrooms have a bespoke wardrobe, twin beds, quality bedding, bedside chests & lamps. Bathrooms have large shower cubicles, quality showers, sink, WC & soft towels. Lounges have a comfortable sofa, dining table & chairs & of course the sea views. On the balcony / terrace you will find a patio table & comfortable chairs to enjoy the stunning sea views. There is a very nice shared swimming pool & beautiful garden, perfect for sunny afternoons.

Mojacar has a superb sunny climate all year round with very few rainy days & consists of two parts. The playa (beach) area with many cosmopolitan boutique shops & cafes, bistros, restaurants, tapas bars & lots of different beaches, (either rocky with many rock pools or flat with golden sand) to choose from, so for sure something for everyone. The Pueblo (village) is the famous whitewashed Andalucian old town perched on a mountain with its history, quaint cafes, small character shops, traditional old church & the very charming winding narrow streets full of picturesque Andalucian houses. Nearby there are numerous golf courses, horse riding, aqua parks & many more activities for everyone to enjoy as well as many traditional market days both in Mojacar every Wednesday, Garrucha every Friday & more in surrounding areas.
