Bright apartment in an apartment block with gardens around it. Renewed in 2025. It has two bedrooms. One of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is completed with a large living room, dining room and kitchen area. It is located in a central area of the Las Arenas neighborhood of Getxo. It is next to the Romo cultural center. It is an area with shops, restaurants and terraces. 5 minutes walk from the metro to the center of Bilbao in 15 minutes.

I love exploring new destinations, discovering their gastronomy, and immersing myself in their art and culture. Quiet area surrounded by bars, terraces, restauarnts and all kind of shops. 10 minutes walk to the beach and to Vizcaya Bridge (Unesco Human Heritage). Parks and playgrounds for children. Very well located, 150mts to the underground station "Areeta". L1 straight to Bilbao downtown, 18 minutes. Taxi and bus stations 150 meters.
