Perfect apartments for families and friends who want to enjoy the city or the beach with maximum cleanliness and quality. To make you feel better than in your own home. If you are looking to be in a place with all the comforts and top quality equipment, this is your accommodation. Everything is aimed at making your stay in the house an unforgettable experience. Just as I would like for myself. Air conditioning. Video intercom. Heating. Wifi. Hydromassage bathtub. 43¨ Smart TV. Child safety plugs. Quality: cotton sheets, 600 gram towels, memory foam mattresses with carbon, appliances, dishes and furniture in general. Centralized air conditioning. Air vents in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The Ministry of Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana has granted us a First Category license. VT / 37648 / CS and VT / 37649 / CS. CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE COMPANY PETROQUIMIA ABOUT THE VIRUCIDE PROCESS CARRIED OUT IN THE CLEANING OF THE BED LINEN AND TOWELS IN THE INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY TO WHICH WE TRUST THE PROCESS. Next to the Ribalta park. In front of the Corte Inglés. 5 minutes from the train station. Next to the tram stop (TRAM) that connects the beach and the golf course in 15 minutes. Supermarket Mercadona at 2 minutes. 5 minutes from the town hall, the central market, the Cathedral and the shopping area. A city hall public bike service point at 100 meters. The accommodation is very well connected at all levels. The train and long distance bus station is at five minute walk away. Regarding parking, the accommodation has a private garage. You just have to indicate it in the reservation.
