It's a fantastic 3 Bed 2 Bath villa with its own private pool, built in June 2021. On entering the gate you are greeted by the property's private pool, table chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella to keep out the scorching sun when needed. Entering the villa, either by the front or patio doors you walk straight into the very tastefully decorated lounge, with marble floors and superb furniture. The open plan kitchen has everything a chef requires, although most spend their time eating locally at the many restaurants or drinking in the bars. The table and chairs in the kitchen area makes for an ideal family forum to eat around. Going through to the back of the ground floor, you will come across the first tastefully decorated double bedroom and modern bathroom and shower. Upstairs on the first floor is the main bedroom, which has a large terrace to sit out on and watch the sun come down on the table and chairs that are provided. The third bedroom, with two single beds is also on this floor along with the second bathroom. Climbing the stairs to the very spacious solarium where you will find the seated garden furniture, for watching the kids playing in the pool the outdoor Kitchen and BBQ
