With two large living rooms on different floors, ideal for large groups, and a wonderful well-equipped kitchen. Spacious and fabulous Villa located in the valued Vista Lobos complex, a nice and quiet area, with private parking for two cars. Taxi rank just outside the urbanization. Supermarket at 2 minutes walking. Flamingo beach and the center of Playa Blanca is just 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking, where there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The house is distributed in two floors, in the upper one there are 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, one with super king bed, and the other with king size bed, a wonderful living room integrated with the kitchen, a laundry room and an additional toilet. On the ground floor there are two other rooms, one double with two beds and the other with 4 beds in 2 bunk beds, all of them with very good mattresses where children and adults can sleep comfortably, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, and a large living room. The two spacious living rooms, one on each floor, each with its TV, are ideal for large groups and/or with children. The children can be playing downstairs and the adults in the upstairs living room enjoying separately. In the downstairs living room there is a 70-inch TV with IPTV that has channels with all sports and movies in the main languages. Air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms and in the dining room. The pool is heated all year round, with an unbeatable orientation to the south and views of the sea, it has 8 comfortable sun loungers and pool parasol.

Check-in is automatic. The keys are in a safe box at the door of the house. Some of the best restaurants on the island, and information on activities such as surfing, kayaking, boat rental, etc... I will be available throughout your stay for any questions you may need. The house is located in Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote, where you can enjoy the best climate on the island, as it has the highest number of sunny days and is protected from the winds. The house is located in a gated community, very safe and quiet. Nearby there is a taxi and bus rank. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach, and 15 minutes from the center of Playa Blanca. It is a 10-minute drive from the magnificent Papagayo beaches.
