The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, and the best terrace on the Costa del Sol, overlooking the beach of Christ on one side, and overlooking Gibraltar on the other side. The urbanization has direct access to the beach. The urbanization consists of private security, underground garage, swimming pool, children's pool, spa with Jacuzzi, dry sauna and Turkish bath.
We present you the best opportunity to make a cruise on the mainland. From all the rooms of this apartment, you will only see the Mediterranean Sea. If you keep your eyes on the distance, you will see Africa at the bottom on the left, Gibraltar in the center, and the Spanish coast on the right.
