The holiday home of 65 square metres, updated in April 2023, in the centre of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with capacity for two people, on the first floor and exterior. It has an independent bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, interior patio and possibility of parking in the same building. There is also a solarium on the top floor of the building. The independent bedroom has a nice and practical design, with a 1.50 metre bed and a comfortable mattress, with a large wardrobe, reading lamps, bedside tables and a nice headboard, where you can lean on to read leaning on it. The living-dining room has a comfortable two-seater sofa, a floor lamp, very useful for reading and as extra light in case of teleworking, a four-seater dining table with four comfortable chairs. A coffee table, a smart TV (extra screen for working) and a neat decoration. The kitchen is independent and open to the living room with a bar and two stools, it has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The marble bathroom is very complete, with bidet, WC with dual flush cistern, separate shower and bathtub, both with screens, mirror with integrated light, hairdryer, 30 litre water heater and washing machine. The inner courtyard offers another atmosphere, more chill out, ideal to work, eat, drink coffee or read, with an umbrella and outdoor furniture and plants, in it there is also a clothesline. The parking (on request) in the same building, is a large parking space inside the building, next to the lift. For those who want to discover the island by renting a car, so that they don't waste time looking for parking on the street and can maximize their time. The modern building where the property is located has a large solarium with sunbeds and sea views on the top floor, as well as a gym.
