Newly refurbished, superb quality, 2nd floor Penthouse situated in the luxurious La Alzambra Estate, with 24h security and only 300m from Puerto Banus and the beach. 310sqm built. 100sqm terraces over 2 levels,relaxing communal gardens and beautiful sea views. Grounds include a gym,covered lounge area and 2 swimming pools. TV with International channels and strong wifi available.,1 underground parking space. Ideal for kids/families.Restaurants,supermarkets and shops are also walking distance. Situated in a beautiful Estate with several swimming pools, Gym, 24h security (1 permanent security guard and 1 extra support at night) and Garage. Supermarket that opens until 2am is located 50 meters from community entrance. Whole house has been fully refurbished in June 2018 to highest standards. Walking distance to one of best Beaches, Corte Ingles, Cinemas, lots of shops and Puerto banus where best stores and restaurants are located. Great for kids for the calm, beauty and safety of the surroundings and the apartment. Elevator from garage to the door available and is only one floor by wide stairs should you decide to walk. Cribs/baby chairs will be provided upon request. Also great water system incorporated with a Decalcification machine which cleans the lime so water you shower with is very clean (which you clearly feel). Also a top of the rage osmosis system with ceramic faucet installed in the kitchen which allows to drink purer water than mineral bottle's straight from the tap. Great option as well for Sport lovers as its surrounded by Golf courses (one of them walking distance), several tennis clubs (Puente Romano, Manolo Santanta, brothers..) and amazing trails for running and mountain biking.
