Characteristics of the apartment: * Completely renovated with brand new furniture * Bright and with a view * Functional, spacious and comfortable for 4 people. * Perfect for travelers who come to Tenerife with the intention of spending their holidays and wish to flee the mass tourist and overcrowded areas and prefer to stay a more authentic experience surrounded by local inhabitants. * However, the apartment also offers all the comforts for the business traveler, with work areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the necessary appliances for a great stay. * But if there is something in which this apartment differs from the rest, it is without any doubt it’s the magnificent LOCATION. Located in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife at the most beautiful street in the city, completely pedestrian but at the same time quiet and dynamic.
I am in love with the Canary Islands. I think these islands are a true paradise and to be able to share them by offering my apartment to visitors from all over the world, for me it is a big pleasure. I speak several languages and have lived in different countries, so cultural exchanges and being able to make new friends is an extra possibility offered by this web. I am an inveterate traveler and in my travels, I frequently stay in apartments (like the one I offer) around the world. Therefore, I have adapted the apartment to the needs of the most demanding travelers.
The excellent location of the apartment offers the traveler all the facilities a few minutes walk from it: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, parks and gardens, tram stop and other public transport, free parking, and many more. For example, the Plaza de España or Plaza del Príncipe is only 2 minutes away on foot. The García Sanabria Park just 5 minutes away and the Maritime Park or the Tenerife Auditorium less than 10 minutes away. And although the apartment is on a pedestrian street, less than 5 minutes walk there are many streets where you can park your car for free. Without any doubt, this apartment is the perfect option to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the heart of a wonderful city such as Santa Cruz de Tenerife. And if you are a business traveler, the incredible location of this apartment will allow you to access the main sites of interest in a few minutes.
