The location of this house is absolutely fantastic. It is only a stone’s throw (50metres) away from the beach, on a well-established peaceful urbanisation with a beautiful communal pool and garden. You can walk along the wide promenade which stretches almost unbroken west towards Gibraltar and east to Malaga. Within a few minutes walk you will be at the closest beach restaurant and bar and in 8 minutes walk you will be in the beach front town of Sabinillas with all its amenities and restaurants. You can continue and walk all the way to the lively and stunning Marina de La Duquesa (25 mins from the holiday home) and beyond. Along the way there are numerous beach restaurants, promenade style shops and cafés. This is also a great route to cycle, walk or run! The beaches are unspoilt and breathtaking. You can bathe, rent kayaks on the beach (seasonal) or go paddle boarding. You can eat, drink, go to the beach or rent boats and jet skis in the Marina. Don Julia Golf is only 3 mins away by car or 20 minute walk. Everything is within walking distance and you can spoil yourself with every imaginable coastal outdoor activity, fine food, relaxing and bathing. There is even a small grocery store , Cafe 3 mins walk nearby and a Lidl 1 km away. Walk 10 mins eastwards towards Estepona on the coastal promenade outside your vacation home (with the private access gate from the pool area), and come to the fantastic Chirnguito La Sal named after the nearby prominent beach Tower de Sal, with a magnificent beach bar and restaurant and amazing sunsets. Visit the fabulous and award winning Oliver Twist restaurant in Sabinillas or walk further (25Mins from your holiday home) west along the promenade to the Port of La Duquesa marina for a multitude of great restaurants bars and night life.
