Spacious 2-bedroom duplex-apartment in luxury Samara Resort, Altos de Los Monteros (east of Marbella) with panoramic sea views. The modern apartment offers aircos in every room, electric shutters in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, cooking-stove, oven, washing machine. The living room is connected to a terrace with a spacious lounge area and a panoramic sea view. One bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm twin bed, which can be separated in 2 beds. The second bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed. A child bed is available. Samara Resort is ideal place for enjoying peace and tranquility in its protected natural environment, this gated development stands out in the area for its high building standards and magnificent facilities with 4 swimming pools, including an infinity pool, a rooftop pool, a sheltered swimming pool, a large heated indoor pool, full equipped gym, saunas, jacuzzi, spa and 24 / 7 security. Just 7 minutes by car to the beach, 10 minutes to the old town. Aldi supermarket is near by.
