ECO-friendly 3 bedroom Holiday-Villa, private solar heated pool with a cover and a jacuzzi. Spacious living room with dining space, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and any kind of appliances, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a guests WC. A/C and 9 solar panels for electricity. There is a 2nd, very spacious and very specially designed living/hobby room in the basement which has a sofa bed and a table soccer. Since june '22, there's another spacious area on the basement floor with natural light, to use as a game/working room with 6 desks, a ping pong table, a dart board and a yoga/workout space. Roof terrace with a great dining and lounge area, a charcoal BBQ, an electric heater under the pergola, sun loungers and mountain views. Second dining area by the pool with corner sofa and sunbeds. It includes bed linen, towels, beachtowels, washing machine, hairdryer and an iron kit. The villa is 300m from Pelada beach and 1,5 km from the center of El Médano away in a residential area. The Pool and Jacuzzi are cleaned twice per week for free. When it is windy there could be a little sand in the pool if it is left uncovered for significant periods. This isn't unsafe but can be a little unsightly. If you use the pool a lot during your stay and would like it cleaned a third time during a week, just ask and we will arrange it for an extra charge. It is strictly forbidden to use the pool cleaning equipment, adjust the pump settings or in any other way affect the operation of the pool equipment. Please note: Due to the proximity of the property to a fine sandy beach, it is possible that, depending on weather conditions, sand and wind could cause discomfort on the terrace. THE PROXIMITY OF THE TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT COULD, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE DISTURBANCES. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
