Space and light make this apartment a unique place. Its 20m2 kitchen offers unbeatable views of the Santa Rosalía convent to have breakfast with the sun coming through the windows while listening to the sound of its bells. Spacious 30m2 lounge, comfortable beds and large showers, all designed for rest and relaxation after an intense day discovering Seville and its wonders.
Julia, my wife, and I decided to refurbish our apartment in 2022 and put it up for rent so that more people could enjoy this privileged environment. Together with our two little ones, we form a very traveling family and we did the reform thinking about all those aspects that we would have liked to have in the accommodations that we have visited: no stairs or other obstacles for the children, a large kitchen to make long after-meals days of rest, places of cleanliness, rest and entertainment independent but close and connected... In short, whether in a group of friends or family, this apartment is the ideal nerve center to discover the secrets of this incredible city.
The apartment is located in the center of the center. 100m from Plaza de San Lorenzo and the Iglesia de Jesús del Gran Poder, 300m from El Corte Inglés and the commercial streets of Tetuán and Sierpes, 300m from the funny Alameda. However, this part of downtown is still very local, with few hotels and few tourists. You can go to the Calle Feria market to buy fresh products or have some churros with chocolate in places where only Sevillians go.
