Property information

This charming studio offers stunning views of the pier from its beautiful balcony, located in the heart of the city, just a few meters from the fishing pier. Located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator, this compact accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The studio includes two single beds and a wardrobe, a well-equipped renovated kitchen for preparing meals, which also includes a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. Although there is no living room, the balcony includes a cozy area with a table and two chairs overlooking the pier, making it an ideal place to relax. Just a few minutes' walk away, there is a large free parking area, providing convenient access for guests.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, just in front of the fishing pier and its small beach. In the surroundings there is a great offer of leisure and restoration, and magnificent places where to eat a good fresh fish. An ideal place where to plunge into the atmosphere of this part of the city.
