Property information

Spectacular centrally located 180 m2 property, with the atmosphere and decoration of the grand and opulent houses of yesteryear, but without forgetting the modern comforts of today. We are not only a holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends, but also a space designed for those who need a suitable and comfortable accommodation to rest and work, while enjoying all the amenities we offer and the services provided by our city. For this, we have 4 spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, a work room with 2 tables and plenty of natural light, high speed Wifi and a charming bar in the large living room, where we have arranged 2 capsule coffee machines for those short breaks, necessary to continue throughout the day. On the other hand, we offer our guests one free parking space and an additional may be available for a fee, subject to availability, both in the same building, right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, to make it easier to get there and not waste valuable time looking for a place to park.

Neighbourhood information

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, very close to the Plaza del Charco. A meeting point for all residents and visitors, where you will find the best atmosphere and a starting point to enjoy the wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Right next to it is the fishing pier and its small beach, with great places to eat good fresh fish just a few steps away. An ideal place to soak up the atmosphere of this part of town. If you come by bus, the bus station is about 200 metres away, at the end of the street where our accommodation is located. In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, as well as a chemist's, greengrocer's, baker's, etc.
