Completely renovated, this town house on 2 floors has an inner courtyard and a large patio where you can share moments of tranquility and conviviality with friends or family. Located 250m from the sea, you will be housed in a quiet area while being close to all amenities: 5 minutes from the motorway exit, the shopping centre and the cinema 3 minutes walk from the sailing school, bars and restaurants.
Sharing my life between France and Spain, I will be happy to put at your disposal my accommodation of the Sea Menor.
Quiet and residential area, close to all amenities and interests: . 5 minutes from the motorway exit, a commercial area and its cinema; . 3 minutes walk from the waterfront, its bars and restaurants and the sailing school; 15 min walk from the San Pedro Marina; .10 km from the first golf course.
