THE SPACE This luxurious 700 m2 estate has a multiple-level distribution, with spacious and bright areas carefully designed with a combination of the Mallorcan traditional style and all the modern comforts our guests need. This property features 6 well-equipped bedrooms for up to 12 guests. Each bedroom comes with fully furnished bathrooms, and there is an additional guest toilet. The ground floor exceeds the highest standards of architecture and comfort as it includes a gathering inviting dining table with direct access to an exterior swimming pool and a comfortable sitting area for guests to enjoy. There is also a modern kitchen and a guest toilet. The first floor has 3 suite bedrooms with elegant twin beds. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a double suite with an ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom with a large bed and a third one with a smaller double bed and shared bathroom. The estate has a lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, and Wi-Fi throughout the house, an elegant fireplace, and an entertainment area with a Ping Pong Table. The Area Son Enseñat is located in the Southwest part of Mallorca. It’s a popular sport among locals and visitors due to its weekly market and proximity to many restaurants, shops and cafés. What to do It is also a great area for enjoying the luxury marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano. Both places offer seasonal activities for families and sports events such as sailing. There’s also a wide selection of quality restaurants and bars. Calvià is just 5km from Palmanova, a much bigger area packed with supermarkets, entertainment and sandy beaches. The closest golf courses are Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Bendinat. Should you wish to visit Palma, Son Enseñat is only a 15-minute drive. You can explore historical sights and experience Palma’s nightlife and culture there. The airport is also located in Palma. 25 km from Calvià.
