This cosy flat offers a privileged location thanks to the access that the urbanization has directly to the beautiful and extensive Alcudia Beach, where you can relax in the mornings under the warm Mallorcan sun. At dinner time, you will be able to enjoy a pleasant evening outdoors on the fantastic furnished terrace with sea views, which makes this flat a fantastic option to spend a few days on the coast of Majorca. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift and is laid out on a single level. Upon entering the modern interior, you will find a spacious and bright double-height living room where the kitchen, lounge, and dining area are integrated. The lounge features a sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for spending relaxing afternoons watching movies with your companions. In the ceramic hob kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals, as it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. For sleeping, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower that serves the entire apartment. In addition, there is an extra room used as a study, ideal as a workspace or reading area. The apartment has air conditioning, and if you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
