Welcome to Margarida, a charming bungalow furnished in the traditional Spanish way. Located in a very quiet residential area in Cumbre del Sol by Benitachell, this bungalow enjoys of pleasant proximity toward a variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. A 10 minutes drive takes us to the refined coast towns of Moraira and to Javea, where an unrivaled sand beach can be found together with various water activities. The sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and paddle tennis courts within walking distance. This bungalow shares, along with other bungalows, a huge community pool with the children pool area. The bungalow offers a parking place. The interior is set on a two stories holiday home. We enter the living/dining area with Sat + TV + DVD + A/C which has direct access toward the conservatory and to the charming exterior where the barbecue is. A fully equipped kitchen and through internal steps, we access to a twin bedroom and another double bedroom with A/C and a private balcony, both bedrooms are sharing a shower equipped bathroom.
