If you can dream it, you can live it! Style and luxury right on the beach... This wonderful newly refurbished flat (Dec.2024) is the epitome of what you would call perfection. In an enviable position in the heart of the Bay of El Medano, it offers a large and sunny terrace with sea views, dining area and private Jacuzzi so that the word of order is ENJOY at all times. Inside we find a living room with open space kitchen in an avant-garde style with a linear but cosy design. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, water filtration system and any other accessory that might be useful during your stay. One of the bedrooms offers a queen size bed and the master bedroom features a 1.80m wide bed. The bathroom with its exclusive style, elegant and modern, includes a comfortable walk-in shower and window for proper ventilation. A separate WC is also available. An underground parking space with direct access to the flat and a private storage room for e.g. sports equipment complete this very special property. There is nothing that can stand in the way of a simply perfect stay. As usual, it includes fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit. We advise all our guests that it is strictly PROHIBITED to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing equipment or any other sports equipment inside this holiday home. After check-out, guests must return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
