Modern 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment in the Villa Matilde Building with wifi, central air conditioning and heat, washing machine, a large terrace, fully equipped kitchen - situated in the center of Sabinillas (a fishing village between Estepona and Puerto de La Duquesa). The building has a lift. We have a smart TV and ClickTV is available. Free street parking is available. Walking distance to the beach and a large variety of restaurants, shops and super-markets. Golf courses are available nearby as well. Please no parties, no pets and no smokers. We collect 200 euro damage deposit on site which is returned at check out if there are no issues. Spanish law requires us to obtain copies of the passports and ID's of all guests over 16 years old and register your information with the Guardia Civil online via their secure website within 24 hours of your check in. Please do not be offended when we ask for this information in advance as it is required by law. If you do not wish to provide this information, please do not book with us as the penalties are severe for non-compliance.
As owner my husband Carlos and I deal with bookings and payments. Our local key holder, Yana Restrepo, will address any issues onsite. Our local key holder will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you around. You can of course contact us at anytime via phone and email, but please keep in mind the 6 hour time difference as we live in the USA.
We are minutes from the beach and 4 supermarkets, a few chirinquitos (beach bars/restaurants) and lots of restaurants - here are some of our favorites: Coffee and Bakery: Tahona Tapas: La Casita Susi's Gastro Tapas Chinese: Lucky Bar Slow Boat to China FU Seafood: Marymar Fish and Chips: Skippers
