his magnificent studio apartment will surprise you with its excellent location in the historic center of Palma. It is located right in the la Lonja district, behind Placa Borne. A town house with lots of charm in the historic center. Although the apartment has been completely renovated, it has lost none of its original charm. Former parts such as wooden beams, windows, etc. have been restored and adapted to the modern design. The spotlessly clean, renovated apartment impresses with its modern, minimalist furnishings The studio has 65 m2 and has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00m and a living area with satellite TV, internet etc. (maximum 2 people) The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer . The bathroom has a modern Italian design. Although the old town is in the immediate vicinity, numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets are only a few minutes' walk away, the apartment is extremely quiet. After marches through the beautiful city of Palma, you can experience pure relaxation, even though all the sights, shops, harbor and restaurants are just around the corner.
