Beautiful and modern brand new apartment situated at the 4th floor of the building offering you a very nice sea view from every room. The beds are comfortable with a high quality of matresses. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The chill and gym area as well as the swimming pool make every day of your holiday nicer.
We are a couple, 59 years old, leaving in Switzerland, which loves Marbella and wants to share with you the beauty of this town and its micro-climate. Marbella enjoys a micro-climate as it is sheltered by the peaks of the Sierra Blanca. This is common knowledge to the locals but is a pleasant surprise for the tourist and people looking for a second home in the sun, as we did. This means that when surrounding areas experience cooler, or windier weather, the town is protected from such extremes.
Beautiful and modern brand new apartment situated 4 min walk to the sea [Playa de Bajadilla and Plaja del Cable] and 10 min walk to Marbella downtown [Plaza de Naranjos and Dali's Sculptues] with a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops with Andalusien flavour. All you need is close in hand, Mercadona, Carrefour Express [opened from Monday to Sunday] in 5 min walk, hairdresser, wine house, gasoline station, post, etc. You will receive after booking a brochure with a lot of useful information of the reagion
