It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. - Second baby cot and high chair 10,00 euros/day. - Sauna: 50,00 euros/day. - Extra bed if available: 28,00 euros/day. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - 2.20 euros per night and per person for the first 8 days. All following days 1.10 euros per per person per night. Not applicable to children under 16 years of age. - It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal. The accommodation is located in the south-east of the magnificent island of Mallorca, near a small town called Felanitx. Being enclosed and surrounded by nature, there are no neighbors nearby and you can enjoy a quiet and cozy vacation with family or friends. Also, the famous natural beach of Es Trenc is about half an hour away by car.
