With beautiful sea views, this apartment offers a comfortable space where 4+2 guests will spend an unforgettable vacation. As for the exteriors, the complex where the apartment is located features an impressive communal pool measuring 15 meters long and 9 meters wide, with a minimum depth of 1.5 meters and maximum of 2 meters, perfect for enjoying a refreshing swim. The private furnished balcony adds another touch of comfort and offers sea views. The cosy apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a building with a lift. Inside, the bright living room is equipped with a Smart TV for guests' entertainment, while the dining area open to the living room provides a cosy atmosphere for sharing meals. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has the basic equipment to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The house also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, and a full bathroom with shower. Moreover, a sofa bed is offered in the living room for two additional guests. Finally, in the apartment you will also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Pool opening hours are from 10:00h to 21:00h and are available from April to October. There is no cot or high chair. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
