This 52 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The pool can be used normally from 8 am to 11 pm and after 11 pm, although the pool remains open, no noise is permitted anymore. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. It is forbidden to grill in the garden. Please, note that there is no air conditioning in the living room. In the swimming pool and garden areas, the use of music devices is permitted only with headphones.
