PACA is a special accommodation: a traditional Asturian Cottage completely restored in 2014, 15 min. far by car from beautiful beaches, Gijon and Oviedo city town centers; The house is inmerse in 1 ha land with barbacue, gardens and orchard you can enjoy. Its «architects»: Virginia and Giovanni, who moved from Florence to create this space. Giovanni is a restorer of works of art, Virginia, artist and teacher. For this reason, whoever comes to PACA, will find a house «ad art»: mural paintings created by Virginia cover ceilings and walls in the rooms, they are unique works; also the floors have been restored or decorated by them. «We have restored everything that could be saved, we have put all our love and knowledge in giving new life to this great country house».
