Property information

This 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment with a beautiful communal pool (children's pool too) and garden area is ideally located in Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada, Rojales within walking distance of many bars, shops, restaurants and supermarket. A beautiful place one step to all amenities bars, shops, supermarket, restaurant, 18-hole golf course, tennis court, aquapark.

Neighbourhood information

The property is superbly equipped and furnished and has a covered terrace to the front of the property with a private garden as well as a spacious patio area and another terrace at the rear with BBQ where you can be sunbathing too which has fantastic views across the salt lake and sea. The area is one of the healthiest places in the world with 300 sunny days annually and the salt lakes helping to ease rheumatism, asthma, skin problems.
