Object description The apartment is located in the 2nd and thus top floor of a residential building. The living space is about 110 sqm, divided into large living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small balcony (laundry area with washing machine), a balcony 5.55 m² and a roof terrace about 15 m². Alcala is a small original fishing village in the southwest of Tenerife with a pretty village square, beach and harbor. There are numerous grocery stores, boutiques, bars and restaurants. A pharmacy, medical center, post office and banks are also available, as well as bus stops with good connections to larger towns. The newly built beach promenade with playgrounds, sports facilities and several beaches is very attractive and has a high recreational value. Shopping can be done easily on foot. A few minutes away from the apartment, you can find the small original sandy bay. There is the beautiful plaza with benches in the shade. The village center by the sea is a good example of a typical fishing village with small harbor, bizarre lava formations and fishing boats at the small harbor, narrow streets. Alcalá is also a nice vacation spot for divers, a diving school is on site. Apart from a hotel, there is little tourism in Alcala. Equipment It is a maisonette apartment on 2 floors. The apartment has 3 outdoor areas. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper sun terrace with table and 2 deck chairs. The lower balcony with table and chairs is adjacent to the living room. 1st floor: Spacious and harmoniously furnished living/dining room with sofa, satellite TV with German channels and a nice dining set. Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and large built-in wardrobe, one of the bathrooms, balcony in front of the living room and a small balcony where the clothes horse and washing machine are located. The kitchen is well equipped, including freezer combination, ceramic hob and small electronic appliances.

2nd floor: The 2nd bedroom with double bed (160x200), closet and private bathroom and the roof terrace. Both bathrooms are with shower, sink and toilet. Alcala offers everything for a vacation without a rental car, therefore this apartment is also very suitable for long term vacation and wintering. Restaurants and shopping facilities nearby In Alcalá there are very good restaurants, fish restaurants, pizzeria, cafes and bars, furthermore a South American tapas bar. Supermarkets, bakers and many other stores can also be found in Alcalá.
