The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning throughout the building, a washing machine, a smart TV with streaming services, and a DVD player. A baby cot is available, and a high chair can be provided upon request. The holiday accommodation features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area, which includes gardens and four pools. Three of the pools are open year-round, while the fourth, designed for families and supervised by a lifeguard, is available from mid-June to mid-September. Private parking is available in a garage.
