This spacious two-bedroom penthouse has been recently renovated and features great views of the ocean and mountains, and a very large private terrace. It has an outdoor sitting room area and lounge chairs to enjoy the views. Next to the kitchen it features a protected outdoor space to have meals while enjoying the beautiful weather. It comes with all of the basic amenities to be able to enjoy your stay and a 55” smart TV. A private jacuzzi is available at additional charge (please inquire).
The Perenquen has 6 apartments and therefore is possible to reserve more than one apartment to stay with your friends and family.

- Self-checkin with smart lock (you will receive a code).
- Guest registration required before arrival.
- Car is recommended. The bus stop is 1.5 km away.
