Fully renovated apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the BEC and a 5-minute walk from the Barakaldo metro station. Direct access to the A8 (Bilbao is 7 minutes away by car). The apartment features heating, two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle). It also has a 6m terrace. I offer a complimentary breakfast (coffee, cocoa, milk in the fridge, some pastries, and fruit). The area is quiet and close to the center (with all kinds of shops, bars, supermarkets, etc.). The hospital is 5 minutes away by car (Cruces in Barakaldo and San Eloy in Barakaldo).
I consider myself an open, friendly, and cheerful person. I am punctual, I like things to be done well, and I value efficiency. Whatever you may need, I am at your disposal. I am approachable and will be available during your stay to ensure we all feel as comfortable as possible.
It is a quiet neighborhood, with a playground area and gardens for walking. There is a restaurant 3 minutes away: “El Bocata de la Abuela,” where you can enjoy sandwiches, combo plates, and burgers! The Dia supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and the town center is also close by, where you will find all kinds of shops and bars.
