Property information

Pitera II is a complex of several apartments located in Guardamar del Segura. It is situated on the corner of Venezuela Street and Argentina Street, very close to the beach and just a few minutes’ walk from supermarkets and restaurants. We offer four of our apartments here, each with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a private terrace. There is a shared washing machine available. The complex features a sun terrace and is surrounded by a garden area with a communal barbecue.
