This house in Ses Salines, near Es Trenc and Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca, can accommodate up to 6 people. The property is situated in a rural environment, without direct neighbours. The chlorine swimming pool has a size of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth varying from 1.10 m to 2.10 m. Two terraces offer a cool and pleasant place for a barbecue. At night, the swimming pool is illuminated. The plot of 40.000 m2 is fenced. The living room has AC and TV-sat. In the open kitchen with ceramic hob, you will find everything you need. In addition, there are two electric coffee machines. The laundry room, located on the terrace, offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC and wardrobe. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with two single beds. They offer a wardrobe and a fan per room. Both bathrooms have a shower and are located one on the ground floor and the other one upstairs. A cot and high chair are available. Electricity is provided by solar panels. For the winter months the house has two pellet cookers, one on each floor.

The beautiful south-east of Mallorca is a unique piece of the island, characterized by sandy beaches, beautiful landscapes and the white mountains of salt in Las Salinas. The most prominent beach is Es Trenc, a natural area of several kilometers. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the Mediterranean waters shine in infinite shades of blue. Going more east, there is a natural park of Mondragó and a different coves, such as S'Almonia is, Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is very close, ideal for dinner fresh seafood or take a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos.
