Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and some units may be affected by noise. MAapartmens apartments by the pool are a complex of 4 apartments next to each other, each with a large terrace and a private Jacuzzi (the price for it is 30 Euro per week). All apartments are just a few meters from the illuminated swimming pool, where you can use it late in the evening and then drink champagne in your private hot tub on the terrace. All facilities can accommodate more than 30 people at a time. The swimming pool is almost private, a group of friends or families with children will feel like in a private villa with large terraces. Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen and necessary equipment for cooking and washing. This ideal place is on the second coastline, and access to the Ocean, the beach or the promenade with countless bars, cafes and restaurants is just a few steps away.

Apartments in Ponderosa, Las Americas next to the pool are the perfect place for almost everyone. The property is only 150 meters from the main bus station, which provides connections to all the important attractions of the island. On the other side of the street there is the largest water park, Siam Park, numerous attractions and slides that will delight not only children but also give adults a lot of joy. The ocean, beach or promenade are just a few steps away, in just a few minutes you can change the surroundings and enjoy the sun on a sandy beach, enjoy a drink at a bar or taste exquisite Canarian cuisine in one of hundreds of restaurants. You can walk along the promenade to Los Christianos from 4 km or in the other direction to La Caleta 6.5 km. It is also a wonderful place for cyclists, paragliders and water sports enthusiasts such as snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kiteserfing and fishing.
