Welcome to your private sanctuary in one of Nerja’s most sought-after neighbourhoods in the Parador area. This newly renovated, upgraded design-led 2-bedroom 2-bathroom townhouse combines modern Mediterranean elegance and conveniences with the charm of traditional Andalusian architecture—perfectly positioned just a short stroll from Playa Burriana, Playa Carabeillo, the Balcón de Europa, and an array of vibrant tapas bars and boutique shops. This property has access to two pools which are open all year round. It is located within a beautiful urbanisation with traditional andalusian gardens. This property is unique in that it has a private patio and private roof terrace for outside dining and sunbathing.

She has been renting her home in Ireland for the past decade which has consistently received five star reviews and her new property in Nerja, Spain has been designed to an equally high standard.
Pueblo Andaluz is located in one of Nerja’s most sought-after neighborhoods - the Parador area. The property is perfectly positioned just a short stroll from Playa Burriana, Playa Carabeillo, the Balcón de Europa, and an array of vibrant tapas bars and boutique shops. Playa Burriana is five minutes walk downhill from the urbanization. There are a number of local dining options, including MoGastrotapas and the Villa Flamenca Hotel amongst others. Some of Nerja's most popular restaurants and tapas bars are located on this side of Nerja. The property is within walking distance of Nerja's bus stop, if you don't have a lot of luggage. Or a taxi will take less than five minutes. On street parking is available.
