General rules General requirements 1-All guests (and anyone else visiting the property) must abide by the vacation rental rules and instructions provided. CHECKING 1-the time of entry will be from 4:00 p.m. unless the owner communicates by call or message that the house can be used before the stipulated time. 2-It is mandatory to present the identity document (DNI) or passport of the person in charge of the reservation at the entrance for proper police registration. USE OF THE PROPERTY 1-any party or meeting of more than the permitted amount of people is completely prohibited. 2-Smoking is totally prohibited in the property. 3-The pool can only be used during daylight hours, and it is forbidden to drink or eat in the communal area. 4-pets are prohibited in the house. 5-whenever guests leave the house, it is your responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are properly closed. 6-Guests must turn off lights, air conditioners and electronic devices when they are out of the house to save energy. You are reminded that they have a consumption limit during their stay, in case of exceeding the limit they will have to pay an extra for kilowatts exceeded (0.25/kw)

this property is brand new and prepared with all the accomodation to make your stay nice and confortable. you are localted in a quate place, you have a bazar shop, bakkery, newspaper shop, restaurant and cafe around the corenr at about 50m. to get a big supermarket or Mcdonald, Bank, Farmacy, GYM, and many other options at only 800m. the first beach is located in punta prima at less as 1km,as also nice beach bars with music and activities durring the summer months.

DAMAGES 1-any damage and flaw must be reported within 24 hours after entry. In case of not complying with this rule, the economic part that corresponds to the replacement of the damages may be requested personally or by judicial means. 2-To avoid damage and flaws, it is forbidden to move furniture and other utensils from one room to another. 3-the towels located in the house may not leave the property. 4-any intervention of the SUNNY HOMES staff in the house due to misuse of the property will have an extra payment (25 euros) to be paid at the time. CHECK-OUT PROCESS 1-the time of departure from the house will be at 11 a.m. unless the owner allows you to stay in it more than stipulated. 2-Before leaving the house, the tenant must check that the taps, windows and doors are closed and the air conditioning is off. 3-tenants are asked to take care of the house, utensils and bed and bathroom linen as if it were theirs. 4-the bathroom and kitchen garbage must be taken out of the house 5-the house must be in the same condition as at the arrival of the tenant and the bedding used in the washing machine.
