The fine print
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a fee of EUR 50 will be applied during office hours and EUR 75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at the accommodation office.
On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a waste management fee of EUR 150 will be applied.
