Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhouse in Rock Bay (Manilva) with spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean sea. The villa has an outdoor swimming pool and accommodates 6 persons, is equipped with air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer machines, jacuzzi bath tub, dinning set and grill on the solarium, modern furniture and kitchen appliances, WiFi, flat screen color TV with Amazon Fire. Ten minute walk to the beach. Parking available on the street in front of the house. 10 minute (5.7 km) drive to Sotogrande Marina, Beach, Yacht, Golf and Polo clubs.
30 minute drive to Gibraltar
