⚠️ The rooftop terrace with hot tub is accessed via narrow stairs and isn’t fully private. There is also construction happening on the street in front of the building, which may cause some noise or disruption. The apartment is fully renovated and all the elements are new. There is a private terrace upstairs with a couch, dining area, a barbecue and two hammocks. The bedroom is quiet and cozy. The bed is queen-sized (160 cm). There are also an AC, a wardrobe and a mirror. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, knives, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining table. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 1 adult or 2 kids, a smart TV, and a small balcony in the main area. NOTE: While the rooftop terrace offers a lovely space to relax, it is not completely secluded due to neighboring buildings. Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. Note: We have multiple apartments available in this building!
