“Perfect location for a 1st time visit to the area. I felt safe having the 24x7 reception cover. Hotel is deceptive from the street view. The solarium and small plunge pool area were a welcome feature as the weather remained hot even in October.”

Please note, once check-in has been made, in case of cancellation or modification, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card provided in the reservation upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Hotel Rosamar Maxim 4* - Adults Only in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

At the time of confirming the reservation you will receive an e-mail with a link asking you to pay for the first night or the full amount depending on the booked rate. The payment must be not later than the following 24 hours. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

Covered parking: 25 EUR from 17.04 to 20.04 and from 28.05 to 12.09 and every Saturday during the season. Rest of days 20 EUR.

For those who booked Halfboard, dinner will be served Rosamar Es Blau or Rosamar & Spa, depending on availability.

Parking must be booked for the whole stay.
