Rural apartment at 1,7 km from the sea. The cottage is located on a ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a room with a double bed, a triple room with two single beds and a single sofa bed. Bicycles available for adults and children. Private garden for the exclusive use of the cottage with outdoor dining room under a pergola where you can enjoy your meals and cook on a charcoal barbecue. The pool measures 5 x 10 meters and is salt water. The treatment of water is carried out with the latest technology through a much more effective saline electrolysis than the treatment of conventional water made with chlorine and chemical additives. The saline pool disinfects the water better, is beneficial for the skin and does not irritate the eyes. Panoramic views. Located on a farm of 35 has been declared a Wildlife Refuge by the Generalitat de Catalunya. Very quiet environment ideal for families. It has the label of quality of the Wine Tourism of Penedes.
This Masia belongs to our family since 1727, it is the farmhouse where I grew up and where I live today. The rural house is 25 meters from the farmhouse, so we are available any time and we will be happy to help you know our land. We offer you the idyllic environment where I grew up, that we love and where we work to preserve this ecosystem. Very quiet place ideal for families who want to enjoy the beach but staying in a quiet and spacious place.
Masia Bartomeu is very close to a large number of points of interest for activities of cultural, gastronomic and leisure interest. We are surrounded by a large number of trails that you can do on foot or bicycle Beaches of Sant Salvador and Coma-ruga at 2km 60 km from Barcelona, 20 minutes from Tarragona and Port Aventura, Sitges or the Cistercian route. Wine tourism: we are in the wine region of Penedés and we will help you find the route that best suits your needs. Shopping centers and services (restaurants, shops, cinemas, markets) 2 km. 2 km from the rail sation and 40 minutes from Barcelona airport Golf, pich¬putt and tennis 1 km.
