Seafront fully air-conditioned apartment located in the area of Sa Marina located along the road connecting Alcudia town with Pollensa Port. This first floor apartment has shared parking with the apartment on the ground floor. Once in the parking area we access the house up stairs leading to a 22 m² covered terrace equipped with table, chairs and a sofa. From the terrace we can see the sea, this place is ideal for breakfast enjoying the sea breeze. The apartment, which is furnished and decorated with warm and fresh colors, has a practical layout and it's fully equipped so you do not miss anything during your holiday. It has living room with dining area, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them on the outside. The functional and well-equipped kitchen and 18 m² rear terrace overlooking the lagoon, a wet and protected area where seabirds live. This terrace is equipped with table and chairs, umbrella, sunbeds, barbecue and outdoor shower. It is perfect spot for dinner watching the sunset. In this part of the house also there is an outside bathroom with shower and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
