This apartment is being fully renovated and will be open for booking on 1st of june 2024 for its first renting. More pictures will be available soon as renovation progresses.

This property is located in a pine tree area (wonderful scent) within a small private estate with 3 blocks and 4 flats per block.
2-Spectacular sea view and walking distance from beaches:
There is a spectacular view of PLATJA SA RIERA which is literally 2 mns walk or 150 meters from the flat (measured and timed).
Platja ILLA ROJA is also at 5 mns walking distance.
3-Close supermarket and seaside restaurants:
