Inside this charming rustic-style home, traditional charm blends seamlessly with all modern conveniences. Spread over two floors, the house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump to ensure comfort all year round. The ground floor features a cozy living room with sofa and fireplace, as well as another living room with sofa and Smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob and all necessary utensils invites you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom for added privacy.
