Property information

Spectacular penthouse, with two terraces, a terrace with the dining table and another spectacular terrace with several sun loungers and an outdoor shower to enjoy the sun all year round. Very bright, big bedroom with double bed and a space used as an office or for sleeping for a kid. One bathroom with shower. Ideal for a couple or single person who values quality of life. It is a third floor without elevator.

Neighbourhood information

Apartment is located 400 meters walk from the beach, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. Is is also 5 min walk from the train station and in 40 minutes you are in center of Barcelona, on Paseo de Gracia. Bus stop to the airport is also 5 min walk. It takes 22 min to get to the Terminal 1 of the airport of Barcelona.
