Due to COVID, the security deposit must be paid by credit card only. Other means of payment, such as debit cards, prepaid cards or prepaid cash, are not accepted. The credit card must be in the name of the holder of the reservation. The security deposit will be returned to the same payment method in a maximum of 14 days. It is not possible to change the name of the holder in the reservation.
Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries the following charges:
- From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 15
- From 21:00 to 00:00: EUR 30
- From 00:00: EUR 50
The use of the pool is with a special card and a deposit of 50 € is required to deliver it.
