Nice flat located in Son Parc, near Es Mercadal. It has a shared swimming pool and capacity for 4 people. The outside of the apartment complex will transmit you the authentic Menorcan essence. Strolling through its beautiful gardens you will come to a shared chlorine swimming pool with a children's area. It measures 20x10m and its depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Once in the flat, you will be able to enjoy a terrace where you can relax in the sun or have something to eat with your family and friends. Due to its location in a building, the flat has direct neighbours. The interior of the flat is designed for your relaxation. The living-dining room has AC and TV and is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
