"Ses Ones" is an exceptional house located on the first line of the sea overlooking the bay of Pollensa. The house is located in a residential area called El Barcarés de Alcúdia. It is an area well known for its tranquility and its proximity to the town of Alcudia (1 Km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with typical products of the island of Mallorca. The house has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct exits to the terrace, has four double bedrooms: three bedrooms with single beds of 90 x 200 cm and another room with double bed of 160 x 200 cm with access to a private terrace. In the house there are three bathrooms with shower and a garage with laundry area. Outside, surrounding the whole house, there is a private area with shower. The house has detergent and softener for washing machine, hand and machine dishwashing detergent, Nespresso or drip coffee machine with coffee as a gift in the welcome pack, salt, sugar, vinegar, virgin olive oil from Mallorca as well as some spices. All the bathrooms have installed dispensers of hand soap as well as gel and shampoo of "Hierbas de Mallorca". The house has a Kayak, a paddle surf, 2 hammocks, 2 beach chairs and several bicycles for the guests. The house is 150 metres from the Barcarés children's playground and multi-sports court. The house is located in the residential area of Barcarés, which is a very family-friendly neighbourhood. It is close to all amenities such as supermarkets, chemists, restaurants and shops, but with the peace and tranquillity of Mallorca 50 years ago.
