Modern apartment, for 4 guests, with a beautiful sea views terrace. Do you think there could be a better place to spend a pleasant and quiet vacation than in this amazing apartment in front of the sea? The terrace invites you to have a delicious breakfast while listening and watching the smooth movement of the waves and the first rays of sun that shine on them. In the interior of this second floor flat, with elevator, there is a fantastic living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, a dining table as well as a comfortable sofa where to get relaxed watching TV-SAT or reading a book next to a spectacular landscape. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one of them with a double bed while the other has two single beds. Likewise, one of the rooms also has space for a cot and a high chair. The bathroom of the house has a shower. And, of course, there is washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location is simply perfect for those who love the sea, since the apartment is located on the seafront. In Cala Millor you will find all kind of services as, for example, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The nearest sandy beach is Playa de Cala Millor, which is situated at only 0.85 km.
